Hands-on Distribution and Pricing Strategy – How to Link Strategy with CRS Operations

Overview and Goals
The training program provides the rare opportunity to link your distribution strategy with your technology (CRS) and operational processes. The overall aim is to increase profitability by optimizing all three areas. By focusing on existing and potential (new) channels with connectivity to your CRS, you will explore untapped measures to improve and sustain your E-distribution performance. Further, your pricing strategy will be critically reviewed based on best practices. Putting your customer in focus (content presentation in B2B and B2C channels), you will explore selling opportunities while working with your CRS over the complete training session.
